The room did not match the pictures and was not well-maintained. Room lacked heating and had old furniture with a strange smell.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Porto. Everyone was great as well as owner. I thoroughly enjoyed that it was so close to a tube station.

Everything was perfect, perfect location near the Heroísmo metro station which has a direct tram to-and-from the airport as well as into the tourist centre, and cafes, very pleasant experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near excellent restaurants and the Cathedral, and we enjoyed delicious treats and coffee at Oporto Light Point, which is just a short walk away.

The hotel's location was perfect for our New Year's trip. It was close to public transportation and affordable restaurants. We appreciated the clean towels provided every day and the friendly greetings from the staff. Another good aspect was the availability of free Wi-Fi. This helped us stay connected with our friends and family back home.

Our stay was not perfect. the walls are very thin, and the noises from the neighbours and staff members woke us up earlier than desired.
